And no it's not a Christmas tree:) Weekend before last Ken (with a little of my tree lassoing help) FINALLY tackled the tree limbs that were starting to encroach on the side of our house. This has been coming for 2 years now... YAY! Only one we were unable to get (the one I wanted gone the most) is still hanging happily and directly, might I add, over our chimney. We will soon have that inspected and capped, hoping to have it removed then. Praying the little squirrels don't fall in (again)!!!!

Wish there was a photo pf Christine lass-o-ing the branches- COWGIRL at heart.
Now you have to get all those branches broken down and bagged up, or thrown in the compost pile where they take forever to break down. I found that the best way to chop the branches into small, easily decomposable pieces is with a garden machete.
What a thrilling post, you have pointed out some excellent points, I as well believe this is a superb website. I have planned to visit it again and again.
