{You Capture} Orange

my favorite time of day in my kitchen is morning, the light streams in through the trees & hits the floor with a golden blaze, such a
warmth about it, another of my favorites is my orangey apron that was sent to me through an apron swap i participated in, i ♥ it to pieces &
as most of you already know i love my little bean who just so playfully jumped into my shot this morning & i'm quite happy that
he did cause this image really makes me smile ear to ear Ü & he loves his "g" or giraffee {with a long e} as he so affectionately calls him
{"g" too just so happens to be orange}, i affectionately call it his Linus Blanket {who doesn't love Charlie Brown} i can hardly get
"g" from his grip to wash half the time & finally the quote within my image is a song that i have been a bit weepy over {but in a happy way}
so head down to my playlist & check {#31} Birds & Boats by Gregory & the Hawk, it's a beautiful ballad that reminds me of my children
& how precious every moment really needs to be.. how much i truly need to absorb each & every day i have with their sweet smiling faces
& that sometimes you do just have to let go cause they are only children for a short while...

"If you be my star, I'll be your sky
you can hide underneath me and come out at night
when I turn jet black and you show off your light
I live to let you shine, I live to let you shine

but you can skyrocket away from me
and never come back if you find another galaxy
far from here with more room to fly
just leave me your stardust to remember you by"
Boats & Birds by Gregory & the Hawk

this week's theme for {You Capture} over at

I am also submitting this in the Happiness Project
cause {well} everything about this image makes me happy :)

happy thursday all! xoxo
{friday is just around the corner}
{will be back to check out all your beautiful orange interpretations & return your beautiful comments once i return from the market cause that's really what i should be doing but who can resist blogging!!!}

I love the orange in your apron and I love the sentiment in your song. My children are all grown now but I still feel the same way about them. Now you're making me feel weepy (in a good way).

Lovely post; this is so funny, because I have been thinking of making myself an apron for the past month, and just haven't gotten around to it; this motivates me though! Have a great weekend!
