So last night Ethan decided that he was going to take over his experimential bowl of peas. I say experimential because I was out of pureed baby food, so I mashed up some organic peas for him. Well he loved it so much so that he HAD to take over the bowl:) Which, don't ya know, quickly ended up in the kitchen floor face down! Alright forget the bowl... I scooped up the peas, plopped them on his tray and watched him go to town. Yes I put food from the floor on his tray, but anyone who knows me knows that my floors ARE literaly clean enough to eat off of. Anyhoo... he loved every minute of it. He was picking the peas up in handfuls and squeezing them onto his thumb that he was sucking... so so so cute! At least he is showing signs of wanting to feed himself and wanting chunkier foods.
